Welcome to Shri Mudra Finance ("We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing our website or applying for a loan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To avail of any financial service from Shri Mudra Finance, the applicant must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a Resident Citizen of India.
• Must be between 21 and 60 years of age.
• Must have a valid source of income (Salaried or Self-Employed).
• Must possess valid KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, etc.).

3. Loan Terms & Interest Rates

Loan approval is at the sole discretion of Shri Mudra Finance. Interest rates vary based on the product type, credit score, and loan tenure.

• Personal Loans: Interest starting from 10.5% p.a.
• Gold Loans: Interest calculated on a monthly basis.
• Processing Fee: A nominal fee of up to 2% may be deducted from the loan amount upon disbursal.

4. KYC & Documentation

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. Submission of fake or forged documents is a criminal offense and will be reported to the authorities.

We may verify your details through third-party agencies or physical field verification at your home/office address.

5. Repayment & Penalties

Borrowers must adhere to the EMI schedule provided in the Loan Agreement.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Your personal and financial data is stored on secure servers. We do not sell your data to third-party marketing agencies. Data is shared only with credit bureaus and regulatory bodies as per RBI norms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or loan agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
